Facilitating a Safe and Respectful Workplace

HR Reporter, together with Canadian Occupational Safety and the Conference Board of Canada, have published a white paper on how to facilitate a psychologically safe and respectful workplace. This white paper describes the prevalence and impact of workplace incivility, harassment, and bullying on workplace culture; the roles employers, supervisors, and employees having in solving the problem; and the importance of taking an integrated approach to promoting and modeling respect and civility in a workplace.
